Nominated Best Gay Director
I just got the news today that I have been nominated Best Gay Director at the Xbiz Awards. Titanmen has won the Best Gay Studio at XBiz 5 years in a row and they are nominated again.
Also nominated were Brian Mills and Joe Gage (also Best Gay Director) and Jessy Ares, David Anthony, Hunter Marx and Trenton Ducati (Best Gay Actor).
But most exciting to me is that Incubus Parts 1 & 2 got a nomination for Best Gay Movie.
This video above is from the “Ropes” scene when we made it. That was a very long day of shooting but by the end we looked at the video that we had captured and we knew that it was work that was worth it. Every person on the set gave everting they had to me and my job became so much better.
Mills’ Stills
I learned early that a model is only as good as the photographer holding the camera. I have seen some of the hottest and most beautiful people look bad in photographs if the photographer doesn’t know how to capture them. And the opposite is true, as well.
Brian Mills has taken some of the best porn pictures of me. And now you see how he does it.
Not only telling his models how to stand and how to flex or pose or move but also keeping us smiling and entertained.
Sur, sous, dans, devant, derrière.
It is often one of the hardest shots to shoot in a porn. The under shot.
Not much room for the big camera between four legs and not much light. Camera hit from the side.
Hard for the top to stay in position with legs far apart to make room for the camera and for the lights and still to fuck. This is a funny clip with the camera man telling us things and Brian Mills telling Shay to repeat lines and what to do and we have to keep fucking.

The video looks amazing. It is disorienting and beautiful but we were made to cut it from 8 minutes to 30 seconds after everyone who watched it got motion sick watching.
If you can last, I stop to piss in the desert.
It was the first time I ever had to wear boots to protect from scorpions, rattle snakes and tarantulas. lol.
In The Desert
Here is video of Brian and me seeing the desert where we would shoot part of the opening sequence of Incubus. The part in the desert only lasts under two minutes but we were there for two days shooting.
The first day, Brian shot video of me walking around, following me with the camera. The second day I retraced the steps, this time with the camera strapped to my head. You can see Brian and Jasun in the corner right in the start.
UnderWater
I posted a clip of us swimming naked underwater when we were testing the underwater cameras for the scene with Jesse Jackman in Incubus.
People wanted to see more of us swimming naked and holding our breath underwater. So here is another compilation of the footage that we have. It is beautiful the way the light floats around and Christopher Daniels blond hair and fair skin contrast so well. I wish I could have used more of this in the movie.

This was from the photo shoot for Incubus. We were shooting all day and night and the cameras were going the whole time. I will have MANY more moments like this for you.
This was funny. We’ve never been interrupted by a plane with a banner before.
We do laugh a lot at shoots like this.
